MYRA’S GENTLE FLOW YOGA

EVERY WEDNESDAY 5PM-6PM EST VIA ZOOM
EVERY SATURDAY 8:30AM-9:30AM EST VIA ZOOM

Myra is still running her amazing Gentle Flow Yoga class, but at this time it is online via Zoom only. This enables us to remain safe during this time but also gives you the opportunity to do your Yoga practice in the comfort of your own home.

Frenchy’s long-running amazing Sunday Boot Camp Workout is still going strong! Like Gentle Flow Yoga, this class is now online via Zoom to ensure the safety of all participants. Frenchy will guide you through a fat shredding, strength and cardio workout that can be done in the convenience and space of your own home!
