Since 2007, Nick has been the driving force behind Fitness Professionals, Milwaukee’s top Personal Training company. Additionally, he acquired the Fit Pro MKE gym in August 2018. Through his dedication, he has significantly impacted the lives of many, transforming their health and fitness. His efforts have led hundreds towards achieving their health goals, showcasing his commitment to fitness and well-being.
Nick’s philosophy centers on the power of consistent, effective workouts to enhance ALL life aspects. He has seen his clients, some trained for over a decade, achieve varied successes – from major weight loss to professional triumphs, thanks to their commitment to fitness. Nick, known for his motivational skills, believes with the right program and dedication, everyone can attain remarkable results through hard work.
Nick draws equal inspiration from his clients, creating a shared MOTIVATIONAL environment. This client-driven motivation significantly contributes to his career achievements. As a committed husband and father of three, his family’s support propels his daily excellence in the gym.

Laure “Frenchy” Gelis-Diaz, pro-athlete and Certified from the French National Sports Academy from Paris, France, came to Milwaukee living the American dream.
Frenchy created one of the most inspired and successful Fitness programs in Milwaukee- Frenchy Fitness- created in 2008- improving the lives of many American people and making her an icon in the athletic and fitness industry.
She is also the owner of Pro-Active On-Site Corporate Fitness, a company that is providing wellness programs and on-site fitness classes for businesses in the Milwaukee area. We are extremely honored to have her on the Fit Pro team!
For Frenchy, it’s not just about lifting weights and cardio. She also focuses on strengthening the core as well as incorporating Plyometrics within her training program. Plyometrics builds speed and strength and core training focuses on overall muscle balance and prevents postural misalignment.
Frenchy believes that everyone has the potential to change their physical fitness and develop the athlete within. Her plan includes helping you achieve your health & fitness/weight loss goals, preventing injury, and educating you on proper health and nutrition.
Frenchy is also the creator of the hugely popular “French Fitness Videos” channel on YouTube which has dozens of “Ready for You” workouts and fitness/nutrition prescriptions.

Andru is one of the most driven and results-oriented Pro Trainers in the business. His primary job is to get you to achieve results you never thought possible. He is also the owner and founder of FUEL Fitness.
During his 10+ years as a personal trainer & coach, Andru has worked with a massive number of different individuals with a diverse range of goals. Watching his clients persevere, gain confidence, and ultimately witness them accomplish their goals is what he loves most about being a trainer. Though beginning a routine is never easy, having someone in your corner that believes in you and is willing to push you, makes that journey much easier.
Andru has proven time and time again with RESULTS that he is the ultimate cornerman. He will take you to your ultimate self if you allow yourself to succeed.
Having been an athlete his entire life as well as playing multiple sports at the collegiate level, Andru knows what it takes to establish a routine, stick to a reasonable diet and push through limitations. He can relate to his clients as well as create individualized plans to meet their specific needs and wants.

My name is Jaydin Roquemore and I’m from the Milwaukee area. I started my fitness journey at 16 when my mother would bring me with her to the YMCA for her yoga classes. I went to the weight room and started figuring it out, just picking up weights and doing what I learned in my gym class in middle school. I got my first membership at Planet Fitness, and after 2 years of helping my friends and cousin workout with me, a trainer there who was leaving offered me his position as Head trainer. He showed me what he knew with customizing and improvising exercises for everyone’s different needs. From then the first people I trained had the most motivational feedback, making me realize I had a special way of translating instructions where people can retain and act with simplicity and efficiency. The ball rolled from there creating a positive reputation and people seeking me out to help them. Covid 19 then happened and the gyms closed, so I believed it wasn’t meant to be for me to become a trainer and tried other career paths.
Eventually a friend helped me get into the private gym FitPro MKE where the same thing happened: I started working out with friends and cousins to help meet their goals. Shortly after that, I met with the owner about potentially needing more help with training. I knew it was a one time opportunity to prove my value so from then I trained the first clients like our lives depended on it. Zach being my best trial thus far losing 50lbs between July and October!
I believe part of what makes me special as a trainer is that I never cared about the money or the looks. I had a car accident that taught me my body wasn’t reliable to protect me in real life situations. I then kept my workouts practical and stressful where I’d be prepared to use natural strength outside of the gym, and applied that to my clients based on their goals.
Over the years I’ve even developed my own exercises and apply them daily. As of now I have healthy relationships with every client I have, and I enjoy contributing to these people’s lives: buying them years, saving them thousands on future medical bills, giving them the confidence to be someone people can rely on for physical tasks (how to execute lifting or any physical ability safely).
It doesn’t stop here though. My current goals include opening the door to nutrition and meal planning, tapping into the life coach lifestyle, motivating people one life at a time. The possibilities are endless because I genuinely enjoy helping people, and not for a second has any of this felt like a job. Shoutout to Nick and FitPro for taking a risk with me and taking me in so I could truly begin to exercise my potential with the world!
Troy Brooks is CEO of Brooks Balance 7 LLC. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin LaCross where he was also a 2x NCAA National Champion in Track & Field. Competing on a high level has given him great attention to detail to people around him.
He has a great understanding for human differences and likes to connect with his clients interpersonal. He can work with anyone and make a positive connection. His energy is very high an consistent with his workload which is multifaceted.
Troy is also co-owner of Real Estate Investment Group (CDTD MultiHome Investments LLC) and has his own record label (Different Kinda Records®️). He has also successfully competed within the National Physique Committee becoming a National Qualifier in his first ever show.
To Troy, wellness is life. Not just the physical aspect, but mental and spiritual components. Troy takes great pride in assisting individuals and groups along their wellness journey. He believes that everyone has limitless potential and enjoys tapping into it with you.

Myra has been an original member of Fit Pro since 2007, and the list of individuals lives she has transformed is too great to mention in a one-page bio.

Myra takes pride in her eclectic clientele! Not only these but for those who are looking to lose weight, feel better and increase their energy, Myra’s knowledge and application of exercise therapy has proven great results year after year. One of her most successful clients lost over 90lbs and went from couch potato to marathon runner!

Damani is the owner of Body By Damani, LLC and a very valuable addition to the Fitpro team. Damani is a very passionate individual when it comes to fitness because he has come to realize that not only does fitness help build a person’s body and self-confidence, for some it can save their life. Damani started his fitness journey in 2007. He spent a lot of his time working out with different gym experts and this is where he found his overall passion.
Damani went through a life-changing experience around 2010. He suffered from an illness known as Blood Thinning.
The doctors told him that he needed to change his diet because of his health issues. If he did not make this change he would be at risk of losing his life. This was a wake-up call for Damani and ever since then, he has wanted to change his journey and the life of others. Just by making a few changes in his lifestyle Damani went from a weight of 180 pounds to 210 of solid muscle gain. He is now hoping to work with like-minded individuals to help build communities around the world. Damani truly walks the walk: he recently placed 5th at the Badger State Bodybuilding Finals!

Besides being one of the biggest Milwaukee Bucks fan on the planet, Tim Sabin is also one of the most amazing trainers on the planet. After 6 years of working in corporate sales, Tim became a personal trainer because he realized helping people achieve their fitness goals allows him to wake up full of energy with a smile on his face. He trains group fitness, virtual fitness, and, of course, one on one training.
Three words to describe Tim as a trainer would be patient, punctual, and open-minded. He enjoys lifting, running, high intensity interval training, and sports. If you are lucky you might have the fortune of training alongside his new puppy, Bango, who is Fit Pro MKE’s unofficial mascot. Tim’s dedication to results no matter your skill level has his clients shattering their fitness goals and achieving things they never thought possible!
Jenna Derby is a full-time ACE-certified Personal Trainer and the proud head trainer of the new Fit Pro MKE gym in the Milwaukee River Center. She started out training the elderly and moved to CrossFit and now enjoys helping people of all different fitness levels. She is also TRX and TRX RIP bar trained
Jenna’s philosophy is that she will meet anyone where they are currently at, and work up from there. As a child, Jenna had her own struggles with weight which led her to learn and apply everything she could about fitness and nutrition. She understands first hand the struggle people have when it comes to fitness and weight loss.
Jenna has extensive experience in working with the senior population, the young athlete, or the busy professional who wants to be their best self for their family. Whether it’s functional training, elements of CrossFit, free weights, or combat training, Jenna creates the best workouts to motivate and take people to their next level of fitness and wellness.
Ben Soto has over 10 years experience as a personal trainer. He ran the fitness center for Potawatomi Hotel & Casino for 8 years creating personalized fitness programming, creating wellness programs and initiatives, and running group classes for over 2000 employees.
During his time at the casino, he worked with a wide variety of clients from all walks of life. He is an ACE-certified personal trainer, health coach, fitness nutrition specialist, orthopedic exercise specialist, behavioral change specialist, and martial arts instructor. He is also a fight coordinator and has experience working with and prepping actors for roles. Some of the films he worked on include Deep Woods and Popper Baxton’s Sickley Stew. He loves combining martial arts with his training as a fitness specialist to create programming an individual needs and enjoys!
