WE ARE STILL DOING ONLINE TRAINING!
We realize that not everyone is going to feel comfortable coming back to the gym right away, and we fully understand. We also realize that the online training program has been convenient for the many people working from home and with their kids (and they have been getting amazing results with the online workouts!), so we are happy to say that we will continue to do the Virtual Personal Training as well!
