Fit Pro is an excellent place to go if you are looking to get into shape. I worked out with Frenchy who is an excellent and knowledgeable coach and made working out fun and interesting. She understood my specific desires and helped me to work towards my goals. There was a lot of flexibility to fit a busy schedule. The gym itself has a variety of quality equipment and everything needed to get in a good workout. Outside of this, the overall culture of the gym is what really makes it a 5 star. People are respectful and encouraging and have a beautiful sense of community that I haven’t found in just any gym. The downtown location was easy to get to though street parking was competitive at times. I recommend trying them out and touching base with one of their coaches.

This gym is awesome. I was in Milwaukee for work for two months and felt a sense of strong community, which is what i ultimately look for in a gym. Very friendly staff, Nick and Frenchie are the standouts. They have all your basic necessities that a gym can offer and if you get the chance, train with Nick! He knows his stuff and gave me a lot of workouts and exercises to take with me back home. They also have a boxing bag and gloves for all the boxing lovers out there. I usually went in the morning and it was never packed. Going to a gym alone as a woman can be a pain since there’s a lot of gym jerks out there, but you won’t find them here. Highly recommend, check it out!!

I trained with Nick pre-pregnancy, while pregnant, and then resumed sessions a couple months after welcoming my son in 2023. I appreciate that Nick has always been able to adapt to my current fitness goals and knows how to incorporate the right amount of challenge. I’ve really enjoyed the addition of boxing in my sessions with Nick as it’s not necessarily something I would have picked up on my own. It’s awesome cardio and a confidence booster, while also a bit humbling.
